Why this role exists

Spaceplace builds a living model of a business, its people, assets and processes, kept current in real time, and puts AI agents to work on top of it toward the outcomes the business sets. Companies in real estate, retail, healthcare and agriculture across Europe are bringing their sales, service and operations onto it.

Every one of those companies is a deployment: a business to understand, a team to bring along, systems to connect, and an agent that has to earn trust one conversation at a time. The person who runs that deployment decides whether the agent becomes part of how the company works or stays a demo. That person is the AI Delivery Manager.

Today the founders hold that role. You will take it over and build the delivery practice around it, for clients across Europe.

What you will own

You run engagements end to end: kickoff within 48 hours of signature, a scope everyone has signed, a launch date, and a go-live the client accepts in writing. You carry several engagements in parallel.

You gather the requirements yourself. Discovery calls, process walk-throughs, the client’s data and systems, the exceptions nobody wrote down. You turn them into specs and test cases the engineers build against. Every requirement gets a check, and a requirement without a check does not ship.

You own the client relationship during delivery: a weekly call, a shared plan, and one written record of what was decided, who owes what, and by when. Chasing accesses is part of it (API tokens, CRM sandboxes, telephony recordings, VPN whitelists).

You get hands-on in the platform. You configure agents, load knowledge, wire channels, probe integrations before promising a date, and write the script when one is needed.

You test with the client’s people. You run the shared testing log with their managers, triage what they report each day, and decide what is a bug, what is a knowledge gap, and what is a prompt change.

You hand the agent over: escalation rules, enablement for the client team, the handover snapshot, and the metric measured against the baseline the client agreed to at the start.

You close the feedback loop. Every problem you hit goes into our log with a root cause, delivery lessons change the process and the product, and you are the one who notices first.

What success looks like after 90 days

  • Several engagements run by you in parallel from kickoff to pilot launch, with gates passed on schedule.
  • Requirements and test scenarios for each of them written by you and accepted by engineering without a second pass.
  • No engagement waiting more than a week on a client access without a named owner and a date.
  • A testing log with the client’s staff running on each live pilot, with a resolution rate you can quote.
  • One process change you proposed, adopted.

Who you are

  • One to three years in delivery, implementation, business analysis, customer success or consulting, in software or on an AI-heavy team. A student project or a startup you ran counts if it shipped.
  • You have built or shipped something with LLMs: a bot, an agent, a RAG prototype, an automation on Claude or GPT. You know what a system prompt, a knowledge base, an eval, a guardrail and a handoff to a human are, because you have touched them.
  • You can code enough to check things yourself: call an API, read a webhook payload, write a short Python or JavaScript script, run a query. You use Claude Code or a similar tool to do it faster.
  • You have done business analysis: run discovery, written requirements or user stories, mapped a process, and handed it to a team that built it.
  • You use AI tools every day for your own work and can show the workflow.
  • English at C1 or better. You will write to clients abroad and read and write our documentation in English.
  • Ukrainian at native or near-native level. Part of our client work runs in Ukrainian.
  • You write clearly and briefly. A one-page plan from you is something an engineer can build from and a CEO can sign.
  • You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, CRMs and telephony. You can read an integration spec, ask the right question, and know when to bring in an engineer.
  • You keep the list. When six things are open, you know which one is blocked, who owns it, and what the date is.
  • Based in Europe, with at least four hours of overlap with Central European working hours, and willing to travel to client sites a few times a year.

Even better if you have

  • Configured an agent on Voiceflow, Botpress, Cognigy, Parloa or a similar platform, or written prompts that went to production.
  • Worked with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Uspacy or Bitrix24, or with a call-centre stack such as Binotel or Ringostat.
  • Delivered for real-estate, retail or healthcare clients.
  • Run user acceptance testing with non-technical client staff.
  • A second European language.

What you do not need

  • A computer science degree.
  • Project management certifications.
  • Years of enterprise delivery. We care about what you shipped and how you ran it.
  • Prior experience in our industries.

How we work

  • A founding team, fully remote, with a daily sync at 17:15 CET.
  • Written artifacts carry the state. Each engagement has one ledger; each work item has an intent, a spec, a handoff and a verification record. You will live in these.
  • We work AI-first. We use Claude daily for drafting, research, analysis and our own tooling, and we expect you to.
  • Gates have owners. Of the five gates an engagement passes, you own three.
  • Acceptance is asynchronous with a 48-hour window.
  • English is the canon for documentation. Clients get their own language, and their wording stays verbatim.

What we offer

  • €3,000 to €4,500 per month on a B2B contract, level set by what you have shipped.
  • An equity conversation after the first six months.
  • A role that owns the delivery function as it forms. Playbooks, templates and the second delivery hire are yours to shape.
  • A learning budget for courses and tools.
  • Remote in Europe, with client-site travel covered.
